SOLEIL is a Pastry Bakery with high quality standards that bears the signature of the INBP, French National Institute of Bakery and Pastry.
Ana is originally from San José del Cabo and lived more than ten years in Europe. Maxence is from Geneva. We trained in France with the best chefs at the prestigious Institut National de Boulangerie et Pâtisserie in Rouen, Normandy, and we work in typical French bakeries and pastry shops.
We bring with us a savoir-faire to share traditional and French-inspired breads and pastries.
